Our ground level, 900 sq ft photo studio includes a small prep kitchen, our entire surface collection, crew conference table, basic grip and access to all our props. It is located on the ground floor of our Prop Shop with easy street access, a designated loading zone and free street parking. Blackout curtains separate the photo studio from our Prop Shop for privacy during your shoot.

Our decor, lamps, kids props, bedding, accent pillows and other small props are located on the 2nd level directly above the photo studio. The furniture warehouse is steps away, adjacent to the photo studio. We are a fixed light studio (no natural light) with blackout curtains separating the studio from the prop shop and our home staging furniture warehouse. A continuous daylight aperture light is available to rent (see specs below). ​

STUDIO PRICING
STUDIO RENTAL RATE:

$750/day (standard 10 hour day) - Rate includes kitchen, props, small furnishings, all surfaces, grip, and photo sweep

$300 portfolio rate (6 hours max) - (for non-commercial work only and perfect for stylists, photographers and art directors to shoot their personal portfolio work). Portfolio rate not available on Sundays.

*Any large furniture requested from our warehouse is not included in the Studio or Portfolio rental rate and must be selected 7 days prior to the Commercial Shoot and 3 days prior to a Portfolio shoot date. Small tables and chairs located in the prop shop are included in both Studio and Portfolio rental rates.

SPECS​
The shoot space is approximately 15 ft. by 22 ft. with a 10 ft. ceiling. Photo Studio includes basic grip including a Foba overhead camera stand, a variety of 9 foot seamless, C stands, tape, clamps, sandbags and backdrop stands. Our prep kitchen is equipped with an induction stovetop, toaster oven, microwave, two refrigerators, an assortment of appliances, kitchen tools, pots, pans and knives.​

Access to all props, risers, small furniture and surfaces is included in the rental rates. We have 5,000 sq ft of props and 12,000 sq ft of furniture. We offer free coffee, tea, filtered water/ice and sparkling water.​
We have a very basic prep kitchenette that is available to use immediately. Our gourmet kitchen is coming soon in Summer 2024!
